Dr. Christopher Paul is a presiding bishop, organizational architect, and cross-sector strategist who has spent more than three decades at the intersection of faith, leadership, and community transformation. He has served as senior pastor, nonprofit executive director, and corporate consultant — building organizations from the ground up and walking alongside leaders in the moments that test everything they believe about their calling.
He holds a Ph.D. in Humanities and brings a rare combination of apostolic authority, executive-level financial acumen, and the kind of earned credibility that only comes from doing the work in real communities with real stakes.
Under his leadership, UFCI has grown into a multi-sector fellowship commissioning leaders across churches, nonprofits, businesses, and civic institutions — driven by one conviction: every leader called to transform their community deserves a fellowship that will stand with them while they do it.

Bishop Charles Blank has spent more than two decades at the intersection of technology and ministry. As Secretary General, he holds a B.S. from Full Sail University and an M.S. in IT Management from Western Governors University. He leads UFCI's digital transformation with precision, integrity, and the understanding that how we build matters as much as what we build.

General Treasurer
Pastor Tenisha Sanders brings more than two decades of financial stewardship and nonprofit expertise to her role as General Treasurer. She holds a B.A. in Accounting and Business Administration and oversees UFCI's fiscal responsibility with the same care that members bring to their own communities.
Bishop Vickie Harrington
With 10 years of church management experience, Bishop Vickie Harrington oversees UFCI's fellowship relations, ensuring a positive and productive environment across all organizational initiatives.
Her expertise in relationship management and organizational culture has been instrumental in maintaining UFCI's reputation for excellence and integrity.
