UFCI was not founded to build an organization. It was founded to break the isolation.
In 2000, Archbishop Chief Apostle David J. Billings III established this fellowship on a conviction that has never changed: that leaders carrying genuine callings were never meant to carry them alone, and that principled leadership, rooted in fellowship and accountable to community, would transform every sector it touched.
Under the leadership of Presiding Bishop Dr. Christopher Paul, that conviction has expanded across churches, nonprofits, businesses, and civic institutions across multiple nations. Leaders carrying significant assignments. Ministries with real capacity. Visionaries who have outgrown the rooms they are in. This fellowship was built for the moment when what you are stewarding is ready for more than you can produce alone.
